Trap Runner is an arcade action game with tactical elements. The title is known as Trap Gunner: Countdown to Oblivion in the United States and Japan and was developed by Racdym. StoryIn Runner Trap the player takes on the role of one of the six special agents. The heroes have been manipulated and sent to fight against each other by the sinister GAIN organization, which is planning to get rid of them in this way, all so that nothing stands in its way to take control of the world. MechanicsIn Trap Runner the action is shown in an isometric view. The pillar of the game are duels between two agents. Although each participant can use both firearms and hand-to-hand attacks on the battlefield, their basic weapon are the eponymous traps, which become invisible to the adversary once set up.
