Game description:
The action of this game was set before the events told in the first part of Resident Evil. S.T.A.A.R.S. is sent to Raccoon City to confirm the presence of strange creatures on the town's streets. The fans of the series will certainly be interested in the fact that the fate of the Bravo team was presented in the RE0. Interestingly, the team never reached the site. The helicopter, which members of S.T.A.R.S. travelled, crashed in the surrounding forest. One of the two main characters in this production is known from the first part of the Resident Evil Rebecca Chambers. The second playable hero is Billy Coen. The two main characters are on a zombie-controlled train. It is worth mentioning that during the game the player learns a lot of details about the Umbrella corporation known to fans of the series and the virus itself responsible for terrifying mutations. The actual game differs slightly from the other representatives of the cult saga. Resident Evil 0 is largely based on cooperation between the above mentioned characters. Despite the fact that at any given moment we control only one hero, we can change him at any time. This element has a key influence on the course of the game. Each character has strengths and weaknesses. The whole game is about making the most of them. For example, Billy is much stronger, which makes it useful when fighting or when lifting or moving heavier objects. The authors of the game also took care of the appropriate level of interaction between the characters themselves. Rebecca and Billy can exchange items. It is also possible to give simple orders, e.g. staying for a moment in a specific place. Cooperation in the team is also necessary to pass some riddles. However, they are not too complicated by themselves. In this respect, the game presents a similar level to its predecessors. It is also worth mentioning that it is possible to drop objects in any place of your choice. In previous games from the series, objects could only be stored in specific mailboxes. The game's audio-visual setting presents a very high level. This title looks similar to the remake of the first part of Resident Evil. Noteworthy are the models of the main characters, as well as the exceptionally nicely executed environment. The whole is complemented by numerous intermittent scenes (full-fledged or created on the engine of the game).
