Miitopia is a mobile jRPG developed for 3DS. The game allows the player to take control of Mii, humanoid avatars that are a virtual representation of player profiles since the release of Nintendo Wii. Our job is to gather a party consisting of our Nintendo friends, and lead the team on a quest to defeat the powerful enemy and restore the stolen faces. MechanicsIn essence, the game is a typical RPG with standard set of classes, including a thief or a cleric. The game sees us explore a large world which further parts are unlocked with our progress. All battles are turn-based, while the gained experience points allow us to enhance various attributes, abilities, or introduce new spells. Miitopia also contains a unique mechanic ? the party is characterized by its friendship meter, which offers additional special attacks if the party members get along well with each other. The players from our friends list build our team from created Mii avatars. The game also contains numerous minigames that allow additional reflex-based challenge.
