Once again the player finds himself in the space ship ESS Meridian, the crew of which was transformed into bloodthirsty zombies. To make matters worse, the ship hides a much older evil force that threatens not only the lives of the crew, but also their sanity. MechanicsJust like the first instalment, Dead Effect 2 is a classic mobile FPS. The action is seen from the first-person perspective and gameplay comes down to ship exploration and fighting enemies with the use of virtual controller. From time to time the player needs to solve logic puzzles and fight bosses. The title of course features new locations, enemies, and additional types of weapons, among them a katana that can chop monsters into pieces.
