Split/Second for PC, PS3 and etc. is a racing game developed by the creators of Pure ? Black Rock Studio. During gameplay, you play as a driver taking part in a grand TV show. The production offers a selection of sports cars which you drive for the joy of the viewers. In order to do so, you need to fill up the Power Bar and find yourself near something you want to destroy. By doing so, you discover shortcuts and make things difficult for the opponents (who will do the same to you). The bar can be filled by drifting, jumping, and sitting on the opponents? tails. More patient players can detonate really huge constructions, like control towers, dams, and bridges. The driving model is close to being arcade-like, while the visuals are quite candy.
