Monster Rancher Battle Card: Episode II is a spin-off of the Monster Rancher series and a continuation of the card game that appeared on Game Boy Color. The title was developed by Tecmo (now Koei Tecmo). StoryIn Monster Rancher Battle Card: Episode II the action takes place in the universe created for the Monster Rancher series. Children who can't train monsters and put them out to fight in the arena decide to take matters into their own hands and create a card game based on similar rules.
