Soul Sacrifice Delta is an action game that is a direct continuation of Soul Sacrifice, which was released in 2013. The production of the title is again the responsibility of the Marvelous AQL and Comcept studios, under the direction of Keiji Inafune, a legend of the Japanese industry and co-founder of the Mega Man series. The action of the title takes place in the same gloomy universe of fantasy that we travelled through in Soul Sacrifice. The title introduces a third faction/organization called Grimm. Just like the other two, it fights with terrifying creatures that used to plague the world, who used to be people. Unlike other groups, after defeating enemies, he does not sacrifice their souls or try to save them, leaving their fate in the hands of the gods. When starting the game we have to choose one of the sides, which will influence the story, missions, skills, witchcraft and equipment of the character. The bosses we will face include characters such as the Red Riding Hood, Snow White and Cinderella. All of them have long since lost their human forms and resemble masquerades of the worst nightmares. Soul Sacrifice Delta is an action game with a view of a third person. We fight enemies using a number of techniques and weapons. Resilient can be under the influence of charms that influence its effectiveness. The fights take place on three-dimensional boards. In addition to the new locations, the title also offers leveils from Soul Sacrifice, which have been improved and improved with previously absent elements. An extremely important mechanics is again the ability to sacrifice defeated enemies for which we receive various bonuses. The presence of the third faction means that players can now not only destroy or save souls, but also choose the third option, thanks to which we get one of the randomly selected power-ups. Multiplayer games are designed for up to four people and take place via the Internet or a local connection. This fun model has been extended by more elements, enabling better cooperation between players. Graphic design has been slightly improved, which should be visible on new versions of old levels, but has not undergone drastic changes.
