These are the realities the player is thrown into the midst of at the beginning of their adventure. As the leader of a tribe, they have to provide shelter for their subjects, sufficient amounts of foods, as well as protection against predators. Whether they will survive or not, and what mark do they leave in this world, depends only on the prudence of their leader. Other tribes can have different kinds of relations with the player's people ? while one can trade with some of them, other ones will try to attack the player and plunder their base. An extensive technology tree constitutes another important part of the game.
