Game description:
Frozen Throne is the official expansion for Warcraft III, a famous real-time strategy game by Blizzard Entertainment. The action of Frozen Throne takes place in a fantasy land called Azeroth, a few months after the battle of Hyjal mount in which Archimonde and his Burning Legion were defeated. The main storyline focuses on the search of the undead master called Ner?zhul who lies somewhere in an ice tomb in Northrend. Arthas, a Death Knight, and Illidan, an elven renegade, are the ones searching. The new campaign is opened by Night Elves, then we move on to Humans, and end with the Undead. The orcs got a completely separate campaign with separate story. The developers enriched each of the races with new hero possessing a few unique abilities. For example, the Humans got a Blood Mage who is a Blood Elf (previously High Elf) who has a powerful area spell called Flame Strike. Moreover, there is a number of new previously unavailable units who have completely unique skills and spells, such as human Spell Breaker. We also get to hire neutral heroes and build equipment stores. The whole is complemented by three bonus terrain themes (including Sunken Ruins and Ice Crown), new items (Moonstone or Tiny Great Hall), as well as new building enhancements and new neutral buildings. Multiplayer enthusiasts also get new maps and improved scenario editor. The Battle.net servers were also subject to many changes. Last updated on 17 March 2015
