Dozens of vehicles controlled by artificial intelligence move through the streets of a virtual metropolis, which increases the realism of simulation. The driving model used in the Driving Simulator 2009 takes into account a number of physical factors affecting the car in motion, such as understeer and inertia. The driving experience of a real car can be further enhanced by using the controller in the form of a steering wheel. The creators of the game prepared several models of passenger cars representing different classes from small and agile city cars, through popular compacts, to difficult to drive limousines and sports cars. The lack of manufacturer's licenses did not allow for faithful copying of authentic vehicles, but fans of the automotive industry should not have major problems with brand recognition.
