Maid of Sker is the first-person survival horror created by Wales Interactive studio. The physical version was released by Perp Games. This production was created as part of the Creative Europe Programme MEDIA. The plot is inspired by Welsh folklore and concerns the so-called Quiet People. The story is inspired by the true story of Elizabeth Williams. The player controls the musician Thomas Evans, who is drawn into a conflict whose stake is the life of his beloved woman. MechanicsMaid of Sker is a classic survival horror, presented from a first-person perspective. We try to survive and solve the mystery surrounding the mysterious events. This requires exploration, proper use of objects, and hiding from enemies with superhuman hearing. The game doesn't feature any combat, but we have some tools for distracting opponents or dragging them into a trap. Importantly, Wales Interactive's game is not linear the story can follow one of the three paths. The developers have alos prepared several endings.
