The backbone of the game is exploration ? you get to visit small worlds, solve logic and environmental puzzles based on physics, and combat enemies. The hero comes across both lesser opponents as well as powerful bosses. To defeat the former, you need to work out their sets of attacks and use your skills and reflexes. Fighting bosses is something completely different ? armed only with a shovel, the hero needs to make use of the tools scattered around the world. Moreover, the environment is filled with numerous traps, like spike floors. Technical aspectsWorld of One features very characteristic, 2D graphics with a depressing style and monochromatic colours (except e.g. fiery red blood). The title also introduces very-detailed locations and well-animated models of creatures dwelling those places. A thrilling soundtrack accompanies the gameplay. Other informationThe title stands out due to its gloomy atmosphere. Interestingly, the title is not only similar to the successful Limbo, but also brings to mind the novel The Little Prince.
