Game description:
63 Days is a tactical real-time strategy game, reminiscent of the Commandos series, among others. The production was developed by Polish studio Destructive Creations, which has in its portfolio such projects as Ancestors Legacy and genre-related War Mongrels. StorylineThe action of the game 63 Days is set in 1944, more precisely during the Warsaw Uprising. During the gameplay, we take control of a group of young insurgents who risk their lives to try to drive out the German occupiers and win freedom for both their city and their homeland. MechanicsIn 63 Days the action is viewed from a bird's eye view. Over the course of successive missions we make our way through ruined Warsaw and complete various tasks, as well as face German soldiers. We lead a team of characters into battle, each with an individual set of skills and strengths and weaknesses. Although our sub-commanders can fight, wr?g they are outnumbered and outgunned militarily, so we can rarely rely on our own firepower. Instead, more often than not, the key to success lies in meticulously planning each action, acting quietly, and sneaking behind the backs of adversaries, diverting their attention and eliminating them by surprise (and then hiding their bodies). In addition, we must skillfully use the abilities of the various insurgents and coordinate their actions with each other.
