We can obtain the latter thanks to talent hunters who look for young and talented cyclists. When we find these, we have to negotiate a contract. Of course, we need money for all these things. We receive them from sponsors. Training sessions are also important. The game lets us carefully plan and set the intensity for every cyclist. All of the above leads to tournaments. Pro Cycling Manager 2017 allows us to adopt a proper tactic before a race and to make important decisions in the course of it. Moreover, for the first time in history of the series, we can manage the squad cycling in a single line to ?protect? the key team members and save them for the crucial parts of the route. Physics were also improved. Thanks to better calculations regarding cycling uphill and downhill, the sportsmen fatigue is more realistic than ever before.
