Eternium is a hack'n'slash game developed by Making Fun. The main source of inspiration were the best-selling Diablo and Torchlight series. The title is distributed in a free-to-play model with microtransactions. StoryEternium takes us to a fantasy universe, where other planets fall to the forces of the ominous Ragadam. After his victorius march through Elderath is over, the villain heads for the next globe, Levana. At this point, the main character enters the fray burning with vengeance, the protagonist sets out to chase after their eternal enemy. MechanicsAs in most games of this type, in Eternium the action is shown in isometric perspective. We start the game by choosing a name for our protege and their specialization we can play the role of a mage, warrior or bounty hunter; individual classes were differentiated in terms of both preferred weaponry and combat skills. In the course of our adventure we explore various locations (e.g. gloomy forests and cemeteries, smaller or larger settlements, as well as mysterious dungeons), perform tasks commissioned by NPCs and fight the enemies we encounter. The battles take place in real-time and we use melee weapons like swords and axes, offensive and defensive spells and finally firearms, which enables us to eliminate enemies from a safe distance.
