Spire Of Sorcery is a strategy game with RPG elements, set in a fantasy world where magicians are persecuted and murdered by the Inquisition. The game was developed by Charlie Oscar, the creator of Gremlins, Inc. and Eador: Genesis. PlotA long time ago the world was ruled by magicians. They were responsible for its formation and its creatures. They also contributed to the creation of a race of slaves meeting their sophisticated needs. Above all, however, they conducted numerous wars, which eventually led to the disintegration of the world and the emergence of many anomalies on its territory. The area that has suffered the most is called Disorted Lands; no one in their right mind wants to go there. From the ruins of the world, a group of people is formed into the Inquisition. In the game players assume the role of an already aging magician, who knows basic and simple spells, but is hungry for more. One day protagonist's room is searched and he is forced to flee from the Inquisition into Distorted Lands in order to survive.
