Game description:
Legendary: The Box for PS3 and X360 is a first person shooter developed by the Spark Unlimited studio. Members of the team worked formerly on such popular series as Call of Duty and Medal of Honor. Gamecock media is the publisher, gathering many independent developers. PlotIn Legendary: The Box for PS3 and X360, the player assumes the role of Charles Deckard. To make a living, he steals works of art. One day he runs out of luck and obtains a Pandora's box. Once it is opened, mysterious creatures such as werewolfs or gryphons are released. The modern world is definitely not ready for that, and the total war against the monsters starts. Charles decides he has to finish that war, for he is the actual culprit. GameplayLegendary: The Box for PS3 and X360 is a typical arcade shooter. The player's task is to fight groups of monsters while traversing large city areas. Apart from the streets, the protagonist visits different kinds of interiors as well, including interestingly designed churches for example. The atmosphere is dark, and the player can smell the apocalypse in the virtual air. The story is set in present-day times, thus the players will not encounter any lasers or plasma cannons ? the weapons resemble modern rifles instead. Importantly, the protagonist is not on his own in the struggle against the monsters he is supported by a team of comrades. Apart from the story campaign, the game features multiplayer. In terms of the visuals, the game stands out with interestingly designed monster models. Each of the enemies has their separate rage meter telling the player what can be expected of them.
