Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator is a hand-drawn simulator of an alchemist in medieval times. Our task is to create different potions, essences and condensates from a wide list of ingredients and then sell them to the citizens of the city, depending on their needs. The game was developed by Niceplay Games studio and published by tinyBuild, known for such games as Party Hard, Graveyard Keeeper or Streets of Rogue. MechanicsPotion Craft is a game with an open structure, in which we run our own potion shop, where every day the inhabitants of the city come looking for a solution to their problems, and our task is to decide whether and what to sell them. We have to be careful though, because every such decision can have negative consequences, especially when instead of a real healing essence we sell one that will instead kill the person drinking it. While brewing potions we have the freedom of producing them and creating ones with two very different effects and the gameplay is largely based on finding new recipes. However, it is up to us whether we want to be an honest manufacturer, a greedy traitor or a completely unscrupulous amateur occultist. From a wide range of ingredients including flowers, seeds, roots, berries, minerals and mushrooms, we select those that have the potential to create a marketable potion and create it using machines and equipment typical of the alchemist profession. So we have to use a mortar, cauldron or complex-looking glass devices for distilling and more, as well as choose the base from which the potion is to be made. Once you are satisfied with the final result, you can decide to put the product on the shelf, deciding in advance which type and colour of the vial it looks best in. After all, we want to sell our products, because running a shop with potions is also quite a costly business. So you need to take care of buying ingredients from a travelling salesman, who can raise prices (fortunately we have the opportunity to bargain), or we can grow some of them in our private garden.
