Patrick decides to leave the asylum and embark on a journey that can lead him to the brink of madness. MechanicsMadmind Studio's game is a survival horror that combines a story for adults with brutal gameplay. The events on the screen are observed from the first-person perspective. The game has a simple combat system, but the hero is more often forced to hide than participate in fights. It is worth noting that hallucinations tormenting the protagonist can be dealt with by using drugs, but there is a risk of overdose.
