Dragonkin: The Banished is an action RPG game that takes us to a gloomy fantasy world ravaged by dragons. The game was developed by Eko Software studio, which has in its portfolio such projects as Welcome to ParadiZe, Rugby and Handball titles, and Warhammer: Chaosbane from a related genre. MechanicsIn Dragonkin: The Banished we watch the action in an isometric view. We start the game by choosing one of the characters who, after drinking dragon's blood, have acquired combat skills that allow them to go hunting. They are a barbarian who is a seasoned warrior and controls the element of ice, a witch who uses the powers of electricity & water and prefers to keep enemies at a distance, a knight who wields fire and uses a lance, and an archer whose arrows are soaked in poison. Adventure leads us through various locations from swamps, through tundra, ending in volcanic wastelands. As we traverse them, we carry out quests and eliminate hordes of enemies, with whom we engage in dynamic battles. As we progress, we acquire increasingly powerful equipment and develop our protagonists. After each experience level up, we can choose one of the upgrades. Thanks to the Ancestral Grid mechanic, the upgrades combine with each other, creating synergies, which allows us to use various combinations and adapt the character to the individual playstyle. Over time we can expand the city, which is our base. By erecting new buildings and improving existing structures, we attract more residents who provide a variety of services. Game modesDragonkin: The Banished can be played alone or in cooperation mode.
