Kill Knight is an arena survival production, that is, a project on the borderline of action games, roguelikes and bullet hell shooters. The title was developed by the Australian team PlaySide Studios authors of the game Age of Darkness: Final Stand. StoryThe main protagonist of Kill Knight is a warrior who, as a result of betrayal, ended up in the Abyss. In the guise of a Death Knight, that is, a corpse clad in animated armor, the protagonist makes his way through this bleak realm, trying to reach the Last Angel and turn him on his head. MechanicsIn Kill Knight, we view the action in an isometric view. During the gameplay we traverse five vast layers of the Abyss, on which we face hordes of enemies. We eliminate our enemies using both edged weapons, which allow us to engage in close quarters combat, and guns (equipped with different firing modes), which allow us to keep our adversaries at a distance. Skirmishes are extremely dynamic and the enemies outnumber us, so it is necessary to be on the battlefield constantly moving, dodging and launching accurate attacks. As we progress, we accumulate valuable resources, which we must skillfully manage, while tackling various challenges, we unlock new, increasingly powerful equipment. All this means that if we manage to stay alive long enough, we can make our knight an unstoppable killing machine. Game modesKill Knight allows only single-player play. A substitute for competition with other players are rankings, through which we can boast to the world of our results. A master mode awaits those willing to play, in which all the layers of the Abyss are combined into one gigantic arena.
